    1st Day: Arrival with your own means of transport in the early morning. Visit of the historical centre of Modena, declared “World Heritage” site by Unesco in 1997, with a pleasant walking tour with audio-guide. You will discover Piazza Grande with its Duomo, a splendid Romanesque cathedral, the Ghirlandina Tower, the City Hall Palace, the Clock Tower and the Estense Lapidary Museum. On request, it will be possible to visit the Palazzo Ducale, which is now home of the prestigious Military Academy of Modena. Optional lunch in a typical restaurant.
    Then a driver will then take you for a visit of a Master Cooper artisan factory, managed by a local family,where the work has been preserved from generation to generation, and where production of typical wooden barrels , essential for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar production, is still carried out manually, with mastery and perfection. You will visit an Vinegar Cellar, where you will learn about the delicate process that leads to the birth of the famous DOP (Protected Denomination od Origin) Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, ranging from cooking of the must to its slow aging in wooden barrels, to obtain the precious "black gold", in full compliance with ancient methods and practices. An extraordinary experience: you will immerse in vinegar producers families , who carry on with love and devotion secrets and recipes. Optional dinner in a renowned city centre restaurant, overnight in the hotel.

    2nd Day: Breakfast in the hotel. Then the driver will take you through a one day itinerary on the Modena hills to discover history and traditions of this land. Visit to a Cheese Factory where you will discover the art of making the famous Parmesan (Parmigiano Reggiano) cheese.
    Later, you will take a ride in Medieval Times with the visit of the majestic “Rocca dei Contrari” of Vignola, built on calcareous rock, overhanging on the river (visit with audioguide).
    Traditional lunch in agritourism and visit of a Wine Cellar with tasting of the famous Lambrusco wine and other local wines. In the afternoon guided visit of Castle of Formigine or Castle of Levizzano, ancient medieval fortifications and visit of an old village with panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

    2nd Day: Meeting: Breakfast at the hotel and meeting with the driver to start a sample of the excellences which make this land so famous in the world: visit to a Cheese Factory, to discover the art behind the production of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano. You will continue with the visit of a prestigious Vinegar Cellar where you will increase your knowledge about the delicate process that gives birth to the famous D.O.P.     3rd Day:Breakfast in the hotel. Full day outdoor in a local farm. Experience of the grape harvest , with lunch among the grape rows with typical food and wine tasting. One of the most appreciated activities arised in the countryside, described and immortalized in many books and movies. Imagine a sunny day in a big vineyard, passing among the grape rows to pick up the grapes to contribute to must production. An unforgettable chance to experience the real grape harvest: must tasting before fermentation and preparation of typical “sughi” (farm dessert from the ancient Emilian rural tradition).     4th Day: Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Bologna. Guided visit of the city with its famous Piazza Maggiore, symbolized by the Nettuno Fountain, the Sala Borsa and the San Petronio Cathedral. Coming out from the square you will walk through Archiginnasio street with the beautiful Portico of Pavaglione, one of the most renowned Bologna shopping locations. Let's have fun wandering through the small streets of the old city market, the Quadrilatero. There you will find a lot of stands with every food product, from fruits to Adriatic sea fresh fish, from tortellini to mortadella or sweets. Later, visit of Piazza Santo Stefano, Strada Maggiore and.. finally the two city tower, the Asinelli and the Garisenda Towers. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Free time available for shopping. Tasting of Balsamic Vinegar. Transfer to Maranello,renowned Motors land, to visit the Ferrari Museum, where the famous car past, present and future story is narrated.     4th Day: MODENA
    Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of a Cheese Factory to discover the art of the production of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano, with following tasting of the various cheese agings. Guided visit of Modena historical centre, declared “Umanity Heritage” by Unesco in 1997, with a pleasant walking tour of Piazza Grande with its Duomo, a stunning Romanesque Cathedral, the Ghirlandina tower, the Council Palace, The Clock Tower and the Lapidario Estense museum. Possibility to continue the visit of the prestigious Military Accademy of Modena.
    In the afternoon visit of the Casa Museo Pavarotti: the villa had been designed following scrupolously the directions and plans the Maestro gave to architects and techncians who were in charge of its building and even nowadays it reflects in every details the personality of the artist who conceived it. The villa keeps the personal objects which Pavarotti loved the most and it holds the memories of the days spent with his family, his friends and the young students. The villa visit will allow you to discover Pavarotti's life and to approach his memory by knowing his daily routine, and to uncover the family man behind the artist.
    Then, visit to an Emilian Cellar and accompaniedwalk through the vineyard, where a typical aperitive will be offered to you in the open air, with tasting of three different wine varieties (in case of favourable climate conditions). Overnight at the hotel.

    5th Day: MODENA/FIRENZE
    Breakfast at the hotel and meeting with the driver for the private transfer to Florence. The entire day will be dedicated to the visit of the Reinassance Cradle: the Duomo exteriors with the Cathedral, the Brunelleschi's Cupola, the Baptistery, the Giotto's Bell Tower, Piazza della Signoria with Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio with its characteristic workshops and Palazzo Pitti. Dinner with the typical “Fiorentina” steak on the Florentine hills. Overnight at the hotel.

    6th Day: FIRENZE/ROMA
    Breakfast at the hotel and meeting with driver for the private transfer to Rome, the capital city of Italy. Visit of the Vatican Museums galleries and the Cappella Sistina, Michelangelo's masterpiece. You will continue to the San Pietro Basilica with his amazing colonnade. Visit of the Baroque Rome, with one of the most beautiful walk of the world which starts from Trinità dei Monti, descending to reach Piazza di Spagna, and then traverse the fashion heart of Rome , via dei Condotti, walking along Sordi Gallery, Palazzo Montecitorio and the Pantheon. Dinner in typical restaurant of Trastevere quarter. Overnight at the hotel.

    7th Day: ROMA
    Breakfast at the hotel. You will continue the visit of the city with the Colosseum, Rome symbol, the Fori Imperiali, the Ara Coeli staircase, the Campidoglio Place, the Marco Aurelio's statue. Possibility of accompanied visit of the Catacombs (San Callisto, San Sebastiano or Domitilla). Overnight at the hotel.

The Palazzo Ducale, which is adjacent to the square, deserves a visit, as well as the famous Prisons you can reach passing on the Ponte dei Sospiri.

    7th Day: VENICE Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of the two near islands: Murano and Burano, both really beautiful. Murano is famous for the handmade glass production and in the workshops you will have the chance to observe the glass masters at work; they will be proud to show you the production techinques. A fistful of sands and the heat will give birth to objects of various shapes, which will shine with colors by the addition of pigments. Overnight at the hotel.
