    Day 1: Arrival in the Apennino mountains in the early afternoon. Accommodation in reserved rooms. Meeting with assistant Cimone Holidays assistant who deliver you the material for your weekend (itinerary and maps). Delivery of the CIMONE JUNIOR CHEF Kit for a child-proof cooking class (rolling pin, cookies and/or tigelle cutters , apron). Let's prepare the snacks together, having fun and learning how to cook the dishes of Montanara tradition. During the preparation, you will listen to ancient fairy tales and legends who cheered the long and cold winters of the past. Then, healthy walk in the mountain open air. Dinner with local specialities: mushrooms, tigelle, borlenghi, cheese and cold cuts. Tasting menu by Cimone Holidays. Overnight at the hotel.

    Day 2: Breakfast. Morning dedicated to the discovery of the territory, among lakes, castles, forests and stories of fairies and ghosts. The families will be involved by Cimone Holidays Experts in educational and playful activities, with evocation of popular legends and stories about ghosts and goblins ... so many emotions !!! Typical lunch served in a mountain lodge. In the afternoon, possibility to spend some time at Cimone Adventure Park at Nymph Lake. Return to the hotel / agritourism.

    Day 1: Arrival in the Apennines in the early afternoon with own means and accommodation in the reserved rooms. Welcome by a Cimone Holidays assistant and introductive briefing with a qualified instructor of CSEN survival. Dinner at the hotel / farm.
    Night hike in the woods. You will join a walk in the dark with your guide, and only the milky way will illuminate the path. You will learn to orient yourself trusting on the stars and listening to the sounds of silence. A really exciting experience. Return to hotel / farm and overnight.

    Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel. Full day excursion with an instructor who will show you how to deal with forests in all conditions. You will face with confidence and in a simple, fun and appropriate way some survival items: you will learn how to start a fire, how to make drinkable water from springs and streams, how to recognize herbs and plants, how to create an occasional refuge, like cooking without utensils and cutlery (the Trapper kitchen), how to deal with emergency situations that could happen to you on many occasions.     Day 1: Arrival in the Apennines in the early afternoon with own means and accommodation in reserved rooms. Welcome by a Cimone Holidays assistant and delivery of the Casaro Perfect kit (smock, hat and basket). You will be taken to the stables where you will get to know the protagonists of the day: the cows. You will be taught how to milk manually milk and guests could have a really out of the ordinary firsthand experience. The milk collected will be put to rest all night, and will be worked on the following morning to make the cheese.
    After a meeting with the "cheese sommelier" for a tasting, which will make you to discover the typical Apennine handmade dairy products, strictly made with fresh milk. Typical Cimone Holidays dinner and accommodation in hotel / farm.

    Day 2: Breakfast. Morning in the farm: making fresh cheese is a pure and simple procedure, but it is necessary to know the secrets to getting the best result ... you can then repeat even at home!
    Milk quality combined with the correct manual skills will enable you to produce a great cheese to eat with meats, jams, baked goods. You will also learn about other products, such as butter, cottage cheese, yogurt.
